Termination of Primary Membership of following person:

Was Elected as Managing Committee Members  ( 2001- 03 ) 

(1) M/s Jaico Real Estate Service (Proprietary Concern ) Membership No.: LJ - 35
     Mr. Man Mohan Goyal  ( Bogus Membership )
     Sole Proprietor :  Late Mr. S.C. Jain [ Founder Membership ( Deceased ) ]
     Address : Brabourn Stadium , 87 ,Veer Nariman Road , Churchgate , Mumbai – 20.

P.N.:
On scrutinising the membership of all the listed Members of the    Association it was found that he has not having the Membership No. LJ-35, but as per  records of the Association it was in favour of Late Mr. S.C. Jain  (Proprietor ) who was Founder Member of Association and expired long back

He has done several misdeeds which are detrimental of and against the interest of the Association and has failed in the observance of and violated articles and bye-laws of Association , after due inquiry against him for the misconduct , Misdeed and criminal willful breach of trust and acts prejudicial to the Association.

 

(2) M/s Kakubhai & Associates (Proprietary Concern ) Membership No.: LK -01
      MR. ATUL MATHURADAS BHATIA ( Bogus  Membership )
      Sole Proprietor : Late Mr. Mathuradas Bhatia ( Deceased ) 
      Address : 72-B , Empire Estate , Kemps Corner , Mumbai – 400 026 .

P.N.:
On scrutinising the membership of all the listed Members of the Association it was found that he has not having the Membership No. LK-01, but as per  records of the Association it was in favour of Late Mr. Mathuradas Bhatia (Proprietor ) who was expired long back

He has done several misdeeds which are detrimental of and against the interest of the Association and has failed in the observance of and violated articles and bye-laws of Association , after due inquiry against him for the misconduct , Misdeed and criminal willful breach of trust and acts prejudicial to the Association.

 

(3) M/s Shenoy Enterprises(Proprietary Concern)
Membership No. LS–79 of Mr. Damodar D. Shenoy
      Mr. Sanjay D. Shenoy ( Bogus Membership )
      Address : B-3 , Parivar Society , Dadabhai Road , Andheri ( West),Mumbai – 58.

On scrutinising the membership of all the listed Members of the Association it was found that he has not having the Membership No.LS-79, but as per  records of the Association it is in favour of Mr. Damodar Shenoy  (Proprietor )
 
As per record said membership is not yet transferred in his son’s name i.e. Sanjay Damodar Shenoy .

He has done several misdeeds which are detrimental of and against the interest of the Association and has failed in the observance of and violated articles and bye-laws of Association , after due inquiry against him for the misconduct , Misdeed and criminal willful breach of trust and acts prejudicial to the Association.

He has done several misdeeds which are detrimental of and against the interest of the Association and has failed in the observance of and violated articles and bye-laws of Association , after due inquiry against him for the misconduct , Misdeed and criminal breach of trust and acts prejudicial to the Association.

He has done several misdeeds which are detrimental of and against the interest of the Association and has failed in the observance of and violated articles and bye-laws of Association , after due inquiry against him for the misconduct , Misdeed and criminal breach of trust and acts prejudicial to the Association.

He has done several misdeeds which are detrimental of and against the interest of the Association and has failed in the observance of and violated articles and bye-laws of Association , after due inquiry against him for the misconduct , Misdeed and criminal breach of trust and acts prejudicial to the Association.

 

(7) M/s BASERA ESTATE AGENCY (Proprietary Concern )
      Membership: No. LB– LB–15 of Mr. SWADESH R. JOSHI
      Address : Shop No. 39 , Shell  Colony Road , Opp. Central Colony ,
                     Building No.2 , Chembur ( E ) , Mumbai – 400 071.

P.N. :
He has done several misdeeds which are detrimental of and against the interest of the Association and has failed in the observance of and violated articles and bye-laws of Association , after due inquiry against him for the misconduct , Misdeed and criminal breach of trust and acts prejudicial to the Association.

P.N.: Above said 1, 2 & 3 ( Who are non members of EAAI but they were elected as Managing Comm. Members of EAAI  - 2001 -03 with the connivance and malafied intension and interest of office staff and some past Managing Committee Members negligence )  No. 4 to 7 were elected Managing Comm. Members of EAAI – 2001 -03.
But they have done several misdeeds which are detrimental of and against the interest of the Association and has failed in the observance of and violated articles and bye-laws of Association , after due inquiry against them for the misconduct , Misdeed and criminal breach of trust and acts prejudicial to the Association .

 

(8) M/s Ami Estate , ( Proprietary C0oncern )
  Membership No.LA– 04 of Mr. Mukund Purohit 
  Address: Flat No 1206 , B wing ,12th Floor, Green Park ,
           Kulupwadi , Raheja Estate , Mumbai – 400 066.

 

Termination of his Primary Membership No. LA – 04.

Since he had done several acts which are against the interest of Association. Managing Comm. have already send him show cause notice on dated 3rd July 2007 , stating that he had done such a acts for which Association and their image and reputation was damaged and suffer heavy monetary loss. And on several occasions he had demoralise present Managing Committee Members and its office Bearers in public in connivance with Ex. Office staff and Ex. Managing Committee Members of Association. He was also one of applicant who had instituted case against Association on 3rd July 2007 , ( our Association is registered under Bombay Public Trust Act – 1960 ) without prior permission of Charity Commissioner. Mr. Swadesh Joshi ( Ex. Mg. Comm. Member ) & Mr. Mukund Purohit lost the case with Cost against Association at Hon’ble Bombay City Civil Court – Oct- 2007 & at Hon’ble Bombay High Court – Oct – 2007.

Termination of Service of Manager & Asst. Manager

Mr. Yashwant S. Dalal ( President ) , Mr. Dinesh Sheth ( Hon. Treasurer )
and Mr. Harendra B. Pandya ( Vice President ) had put serious allegation on staff members Viz. Mr. T.V. Venkatraman ( Manager ) and Mr. Pradeep Madav ( Asst. Manager) who are main culprits for the entire present situation This is to place on record that , certain important records and valuable documents of the Association have been stolen / removed and handed over to third parties , which not only amounts to theft but also Criminal willful Breach of Trust The Individuals are the employees of the Association and in order to get monitory benefits , parted with a valuable documents  to the unauthorized person.

Further Managing Committee convinced and agree that it was treated as an cognizable offence against above said staff members Viz. Mr. T.V. Venkatraman ( Manager )and Mr. Pradeep Madav ( Asst. Manager ) and file FIR at relevant police station and if necessary Assn. shall file suit against them till that their service is terminated with immediate effect. Letter of termination was send to above said staff members by M/s Nalavde & Company , Advocate for the Association and take appropriate steps and action against Mr. T.V.Venkatraman said Manger and Mr. Pradeep Madav said Assistant Manager.
