Exceed Rs. 5,00,000/-

Rs. 8750/- + @ 5 % of value above Rs. 5,00,000/- of flat.

Information on Stampduty & Registration Fees Payable on
Leave and Licence Documents

 
     
Agreement for Leave and Licence for residential premises only. As per Article 36 A under schedule I of the Bombay Stamp Act, 1958. For Leave & Licence period including renewal is for he period upto 60 months then stamp duty will be as follows :
     
Sr. No. AVERAGE ANNUAL RENT STAMP DUTY PAYABLE
1.

If the Advance rent plus deposit amount is upto then stamp duty will be Rs. 2,50,000/-

Rs. 750/- for every term of twelve months or part thereof.

2.

If the Average Annual Rent, advance rent plus deposit amount exceeding Rs.2,50,000/- but upto Rs. 5,00,000/-

Rs. 1500/- for every term of twelve months or part thereof.
3.

If the Average Annual Rent, advance rent plus deposit amount        is       exceeding        
Rs. 5,00,000/-     but    upto         Rs. 20,00,000/-

Rs. 3000/- for every term of twelve months or part thereof.

4.

If the Average Annual Rent, advance rent plus deposit amount        is        exceeding     Rs. 20,00,000/-

Rs. 5,000/- for every term of twelve months or part thereof.
     
     
Note : (i)

If Leave & Licence period including renewal is for the period more than 60 months stamp duty will be as applicable to Lease Deed as per article 36 of Schedule I of the Bombay Stamps Act, 1958

     
  (ii)
If leave & licence agreement is relating other than residency premises.
     
     

Twice the agreement of duty charge as residential premises

     

Registration fees payable : Registration fees is fixed at Rs. 1,000/-
